Meatballs:
1 Pound – Ground Chicken
1 Egg
1 Cup – Panko Breadcrumbs
1 tsp – Garlic, minced
2 tsp – Fresh Ginger, shredded
1 Tbsp. – Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. – Scallions, chopped
1/2 tsp – Salt
1/4 tsp – Pepper

Glaze:
1/2 Cup – Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. – Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. – Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. – Honey
1/2 Tbsp. – Sriracha
1/2 Cup – Brown Sugar
2 tsp – Garlic, minced
2 tsp – Fresh Ginger, shredded
1 Tbsp – Cornstarch slurry (1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved into 1/2 Tbsp. of water)

Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
