One of the easiest cakes you'll ever make! Rich, dense and tastes amazing. Best of all it only takes 2 ingredients, make it this week.
Whisk eggs for 8 minutes until white, fluffy and tripled in volume. Slowly add the Nutella until combined, pour into 18cm cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes at 175c/350f.
Cool in the tin, serve with strawberries dust with icing sugar (optional). Serve!
